Easter is Tomorrow!

So since our church dismissed the pastor and we are going it "alone", I have taken over some duties I did not do prior....
So in addition to making the communion bread as before, I am the one actually doing the communion ritual (if we were catholic we would say I am celebrating the Eucharist, but we are Anabaptist so...)

Anyway, what is above is a plate and cup I made.  I have used a different cup and plate before to celebrate communion.  And we did the washing of the feet with pitcher's I made.  So anyway... that is the communion bread for tomorrow.  I think I need to make some vessels that are JUST for communion service.  If I can do this decent, there are a few pastors and priests that I should make vessels for.  I think a goblet will be my next project.  There are three basic styles I found that I like, I need to give them a go and see what happens.

they have a tendency in each of the three ways to make them (see below) to really show off how OFF one has made them if they are not well centered... so... likely to show how wonky my pots are... Bleh, next week when it is warm this is the task!
